Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative for up to 10 minutes. This includes checking the size, material, and overall quality of each item.

If the order is not suitable, it may be returned immediately to the courier. In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

We offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. Exchange requests are subject to a shipping fee covering both the collection of the returned item and the delivery of the replacement.

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match the advertised description, you are entitled to a free return or exchange, subject to inspection and verification.

For all other return or exchange requests, only the shipping fee will apply.

Important: Once the courier has left, return or exchange requests will only be accepted in accordance with the policy above.

Partial acceptance of an order is not allowed. Orders must be either accepted in full or returned in full.

Once a return request is approved, refunds will be processed via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 7 business days.
